The CEO

Being a CEO of a thriving American non-profit organization is challenging and demanding. To be successful requires an unusually broad set of skills, abilities, education and passions. The size and budget of most non-profits require a CEO to cover an amazing range of responsibilities and many daily tasks. Administrative support resources are thin and delegation is not an option. The CEO's primary charge is to insure that the non-profit is fulfilling it's mission. This is a full time job. Now comes the second full time job... Raise the money needed to support that mission.
