Board Members

Most non-profit board members are successful business and professional people. They are well educated, experienced and gifted people who are giving their time, talent and treasure to insure that men, women and children who need help get it. Most of them have not studied the art and science of raising money and are not experienced at leveraging their abilities, relationships and motivation to accomplish this objective. It is also imperative that board members understand the deep chasm that may exist between their view of the world and the view “seen” by the people in the community they serve.
